Please bear in mind the delivery time frames are set out using a general time frame. You will need to consider this to calculate your arrival date. Occasionally, parcels can arrive outside of the time frame given. This is out of our control and will be solely down to the speed your parcel moves through the postal network. Your parcel is fully tracked and you will recieve delivery updates - including the day and time your parcel is going to be with you. You will receive a 2 hour delivery time slot if you provide your email at checkout. This can be changed by you following the instructions set out on your delivery message from Myhermes or Royal Mail. This way you can be certain to make sure you don't miss your delivery! We have chosen the safest and most reliable service to keep you covered!
In the rare circumstances there is a issues with you receiving your delivery we have a procedure to follow to investigate where your delivery is. This can take up to 28 working days once all information submitted. Once investigated we compensate using a gift card.

We advice you read descriptions on items before you purchase as all sizing information is as genuine as we can give.
We must receive all items back from 14 days of date of order for us to accept your return.
The goods must be returned to us in the condition they were dispatched, complete with all packaging and in a re saleable state. Strictly no signs of wear; fake tan/ make up/ deodorant etc.
Some of our goods are exempt from being returned due to health and hygiene reasons. These items include; Swimwear/Jewellery and will be stated on each item.
Any items returned back to us after the 14 day period or not in a returnable condition will not be accepted and you will be contacted to cover the return postage fee, alternatively we may be able to offer a credit note on a discounted basis.
Pre order items or orders that we have ordered in on request are also strictly unable to be returned for a refund as each item is ordered in and made to your requirements, especially for you! Please read all sizing information including time frames thoroughly before purchasing.
Sale items or items brought using a credit note are return for a credit note only with in 7 days.
If you have contacted us for a direct personal hand delivery, these items are eligible for a return on credit note or exchange only.
The goods remain your responsibility until they are received and signed for by us. If eligible for a refund, it will be provided within 5 working days using the same payment method used at checkout. Unfortunately, at this time we are unable to refund your postage costs. If these conditions are not met we regret we cannot offer you a refund. We also strongly recommend that returned goods are sent signed/tracked with the appropriate insurance cover as they will only be deemed returned when signed for by us.
